In his introduction to "The Carshalton Story" written in 1958, Eric Alexander referred to "playing the game and playing it fairly but hard". In these days of shifting values it is good to note that these words can still be applied at Beddington Park.  The new edition by David "Buzz" Geddes, features 100 years of goals, characters, pleasure and friendship.
