The Youth Section is becoming an increasingly important part of Carshalton Football Club.  Not only is it an opportunity to attract young players and their families, but it is also where the Carshalton players of the future are being groomed.

In recognition of this, the Club set up a formal Youth Section with it's own committee and the Youth Section has been formally incorporated into the Club Rules.

In 2004/05 the Club is running teams at U10, U13 and U16 levels.  It is a prerequisite that all managers are FA Qualified coaches.  The Youth Section Officer reports onto the General Committee on all matters concerning the youth teams.

Buzz has 10 years experience on the Club Committee and has been a member of the Club since 1988.
