2 May - Youth
Tournaments - the U11s finished runners up at the
Mitre Cup in Clacton at the weekend. 7-0, 1-1,
9-0, 3-0 group results were followed by a 1-3 defeat
in the final. There was the compensation of
receiving their trophies from Alan Curbishley.
The U14s went one better by winning their tournament
in Bournemouth, beating Aldershot Town 2-1 in the
final.

Finals - good luck to Terry, Andrew and the U10s
in their WSYL Invitational Cup Final against Worcester
Park Colts at Cobham FC, this Sunday with a 10.30am
KO. Hopefully Club members will be able to come
along to support the team and provide the level of
noise generated at the U11s cup final [click
