Youth Section Trials

Carshalton FC's policy is to retrial in May in order to sign up players for the following season.  We try to keep as many players from the previous season in the teams for the following season, but we recognise that it is not always possible.  There are many reasons why we can't keep the same group of players together, including...

• family moving from the area
• player developing other interests
• player not responding to coaching and consequently not getting enough match time
• player choosing to move to different club
• player / family failing to comply with code of Conduct

Therefore the trials are an important way of introducing new players and families to our Club.  They are normally held on 3 Saturdays in May at our home ground of Beddington Park.  The exact dates and times are advertised in the local press and on this web site from April.
