Tractor Cellar Conversion

Currently there are 3 11-a-side pitches in operation on a Saturday, but only 5 team changing rooms plus a match officials changing room.  Changing room space is at a premium.  We plan to use the space under the main function hall of the clubhouse to host another couple of temporary changing rooms.  This will involve clearing out the area (no mean feat), digging out foundations, laying flooring, adding partition walls and ceiling, internal lighting, adding a new external entrance and an internal entrance (with security shutters), installing benches and decorating.  We also plan to have additional storage areas built in. 

All this takes time, money and people to drive this process.  At present we are at the requirements gathering stage.  The next stage will be to engage a company to price the job and then we need to identify how this project can be funded.
