Surprisingly our game against Weirside Rangers beat the weather thanks to our outstanding pitches, and we made the most of it with a 3-0 victory.  We carried on where we left off against Alexandra Park with fluent passing and a stern back line.  Paul Pearce scored with a great headed goal from at least 3 yards out (couldn’t miss) and in the second half Tony Edwards doubled our lead with a mis-hit shot which bounced under the keeper and in (you sure know how to cement your place on the teamsheet, Steve - Buzz).

Tony doubled his personal tally with minutes to go with a simple tap in which was solely created by Paul down the right.

Man of the match was D.E.A.N who kept their centre forward at bay.  A great warm up for the big game next week (which was meant to be a top of the table clash at Old Finchleians, but it has been changed and the 2s do not have a game this week - Buzz).

Unfortunately Matt Dudley was hacked down towards the end of the game and has suffered a broken shin.  Further updates will be given.  The whole team wishes Matt a speedy recovery.
