A good well contested game played in a swirling wind in which we went 2 nil up through Alex Kiszczuk and Mark Raven. We then brought Elliot Stevens on to replace the tiring Danny Berry. Elliot had a one on one with the keeper which last year he would have scored easily. This year too much of the student life appears to have affected Elliot's sharpness in front of goal and he missed. Having been so close to going three nil up we contrived to give a very soft goal away down our left hand side which always left the last few minutes very franetic. Suffice to say the last kick of the game Ed scored a long range goal to make it 2:2. A real shame after all our efforts.

All things considered and after the debacle at Old Actonians I was well pleased with everyone's committed display.

A hard but fair game well refereed by Charlie. To be honest I can't think of a better person to be in charge of such a game. There was a lot going on and Charlie just dealt with it in a proper manner.

And the winners?  Most probably Old Salesians! They owe Ed big time.
