The less said about the first half the better.  Suffice to say we gave away three goals through individual errors which 9 times out of 10 wouldn't have led to goals.  At the other end we did have opportunities which we didn't take.   After some harsh words the second half was a totally different game.  We totally dominated the game and managed to get two goals back through great headers by Messrs Polley and Berry.  We should have scored more but perhaps the 3rd goal we let in before half time made it that more difficult to get back.

Their only real attack they had on the second half came from a Trevor Boughton back pass and to this day I cannot believe how their player missed it - it was that simple... honest!   I was especially please with Mark Gordon, Dick Polley, and young Scott for their contributions.   

Next week we must start the game as we started the second half - fully focused, producing 100% effort and commitment...
