Dave Robins opened the scoring but unfortunately the "6th team" presented by Old Westminster Citizens equalised before half time and scored a second after the interval through ourselves not being able to clear a corner.  We finished strongly but just couldn't convert our chances.  Disappointing way to finish what has been a good season.  

We obtained promotion through the back door after scoring more goals than HSBC 7s.  I deliberately sat back at the end wanting to make sure we didn't concede again.  We cracked open a bottle of bubbly to at least acknowledge our achievements - an SAL cup final and promotion.  Not bad, bearing in mind we were third from bottom in early November.
