After a strong win last week, Carshalton 6s were confident ahead of the cup game. Injured players started returning and slowly we're building back our full squad.  After the opposition turned up 5 minutes after the scheduled kick off time, we were anxious to get the game started. 

The first half was full of chances. Carshalton dominated the first 20 minutes, then were on the receiving end off all the pressure for the last 20 minutes of the half. The game could've gone either way at this point. 

Both sides came out in the second half raring to get off the mark, the best opportunity came from the opposition rattling the woodwork.  However, once again, Thierry Perkins netted first from a tight angle.  Then a quick goal came soon after, when Scott Shew took it round the keeper and slotted it home. Still, good football was being played and a great team move helped Brad Room to turn on the ball, and curl a beautiful left footed effort into the bottom corner. A great second half performance was rounded off when a rebounded shot left Tyrone 2 yards in front of an open goal, which he surprisingly scored!!!
