A good Saturday for football.  The sun was shining for this double header grudge match with Kew who are holding the second position in the league.  The pitch was far from dry with puddles in the goal mouth, and it was this that led to Kew's first goal. A weak shot skidded under Matt in goal putting them 1-0 in front. Early in the second half Joseph Kechie ran all the way down the wing and into their box the after a few delicate passes from our attacking lineup he scored a tap in. 1-1, and the play carried on with chances for both teams. Then in the last 10 minutes a lofted through ball ended with Kew going 2-1 up. 

The second game started off much the same, good chances from both sides, but Cars seemed to have more of the possession and chances. Luke Iles hit the crossbar and Scott was having great game up front scoring two. A slight lapse in defence led to a Kew goal, but 3 points. Final score 2-1. Another double header next week.  Hopefully six points this time. "
