This was our 4th meeting with Tooting & Mitcham this season and this was our heaviest defeat.  The scoreline probably flattered Tooting a bit, but they were worthy winners with some excellent goals.  This was the main difference between the sides.  Although we huffed and puffed, we were not able to make clear opportunities, and when Tooting did create opportunities, they finished them clinically.

This was a much more satisfying performance than last week's.  The effort was a lot better, but so was the opposition.  I would much prefer us to play this way against good opposition and lose than play like we did last week and gain points.  we know the areas we need to improve on individually and as a team and we will be working on these until the end of the season.  Only 4 more games to go, so it is important we continue to work on improvements and enjoy the run in.
