Carshalton played their first post season friendly against The Yellows from the Wallington Little League.  Despite the absence of Arran and a number of positional changes, Carshalton played well enough, without ever really hitting the heights of recent weeks.  The Yellows played well and were in contention for most of the game.  Carshalton opened the scoring when Ben seized his chance to score his 5th of the season.  The Yellows equalised with a well worked goal, as Jake ran down the left wing, beat a couple of players and then cut the ball back for their forward to slot home.  A rather unfortunate own goal gave Carshalton the lead before halftime.

After the break more goals followed from Joseph and a couple from Jordan.  The Yellows pulled one back at the end when Jake scored after a fine run.  It was a very enjoyable game played in an excellent spirit.  Well done to all who took part.

Good luck to The Yellows who are aiming for a league and cup double in the Little League and are hoping to finish the season with an unbeaten record.
