The least said about this game the better, hence a very short report this week. With only one recognised defender in the team we were all over the place (except in the right place) defensively. In a game that we would normally win, Temple Bar sat back and absorbed our pressure and then hit us on the break each time. Our inability to defend properly as a team meant that we left our goalie Wayne horribly exposed for each goal we conceded.

It was thanks to a number of great saves by Wayne that the score wasn’t any worse. Thanks to Scott and last year’s Vets top scorer Alex Kiszczuk for helping us out.
